Armytage House is an 1800s sandstone barn that has been converted to luxury self contained accommodation, in a peaceful rural setting, and an easy 35 minute drive from Hobart.
While the original features of sandstone and brick walls remain, you can relax and enjoy all the conveniences of this contemporary renovation.
Facilities
There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, one ground level and the other a mezzanine loft room overlooking the kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances. The lounge is a perfect place to relax or entertain, with LCD television, DVD player, and plenty of interesting books and magazines for you to browse through.
Tasmanian timber and leather furnishings have been used throughout and provide a high standard of finish.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and double spa with polished concrete flooring. Robes are provided.
Armytage House has a large garden to explore with plenty of fruit and nut trees. The wood fired pizza oven and undercover barbeque area make for perfect alfresco dining!
Full breakfast provisions including free range eggs and home made jams are provided daily.
Bookings and rates
Two Bedroom House, Two Queen beds, fold away bed available if required.
Price is $180 per night for two people.
Each extra person is an additional $30.
This cost includes breakfast provisions of cereal, fruit, home made jams, free range eggs and fruit juice.
Tea, coffee, milk are supplied and a variety of condiments available for your use.
Quality linen, towels, bath robes and toiletries are supplied.
